Following our introduction to carGO Health and an outline of the attributes we value in our driving team members, we will engage in a dialogue where we'll inquire about you and your qualities both professionally and personally. Our aim is to identify individuals who can bring significant value to our driving team and possess the right motivations.
If you successfully navigate through our initial phone evaluation, you'll receive an invitation for a video interview. During this session, we'll delve deeper into your past experiences, have you navigate through practical scenarios commonly encountered on the road, and gain further insights into how you would integrate within our team.
Every new driver selected will undergo an extended evaluation process, including a rigorous training program. This program encompasses various components such as medical courier certification, shadowing experienced drivers for a minimum of 25 orders, and becoming proficient in independent deliveries. As part of the onboarding process, background screening may be conducted, including MVR and criminal background checks; reviews will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
Throughout this two-week "extended-interview," you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities and determine if this role aligns well with your aspirations. Our team will continually evaluate your suitability – assessing your adherence to instructions, professionalism, feedback receptiveness, and more – culminating in a final, mutual-decision regarding your long-term fit to join our team.
Following the completion of your certification and on-road training, you'll be tasked with an assessment that gauges your comprehension of the training and certification content. We will review the results together and address any necessary follow-up.
Upon joining, you will receive all essential equipment, including daily uniforms, identification badges, temperature-controlled specimen bags, coolers, and other requisite items.
